the lamborghini of snowboards.

cop you one, cop me one too.

.The main purpose of the opening is to reduce the amount of surface which comes in contact with snow. Smaller surface means less drag, which translates into more gliding speed.
.The straight inner edges, created as part of the longitudinal opening, sit slightly lower than the outer edges thereby giving the board a slight V shape. This makes edge to edge transition easier, smoother and quicker.

.When a rider balances along the longitudinal axes of the board, pressure is automatically shifted from the outer edge of the board to the straight inner edges, thereby giving the rider directional stability.

.The outer edges of the board are curved like a conventional snowboard for turns. However, because the weight of the rider is evenly distributed near the outer edges of the board and there are no bindings on the surface to interrupt the arch, turns can be made more smoothly and sharply.

.The main function of the SBS is to support the rider, but as the name implies, they also act as suspension system to deliver a chatter free riding experience. In addition, they also serve as lifters that raise the center of gravity, which makes turning easier. Most importantly, they are completely edge mounted, thereby transfers the energy of the rider directly to the outer edges.

.While the outer arms of the SBS serve as springs to give the board that extra pop, they are the main mechanism in effectively absorbing all chatters.

.The inner arms act like leaf springs to give the board more pop.

.This is where 50% weight of the riders is support and distributed. Each leg below this area of the spider is supported from three sides. The center supporting wall is also a part of an arch that straddles across the opening from one edge to the other. This arch-to-edge (ATE) design transfers the energy directly from the rider to the edge, giving the rider a better grip.

.We retained the 4x4 mounting system so a rider can still use almost any conventional snowboard binding on the market today. However, we do recommend a stiff binding with minimal padding.

.Inspired by Leonardo's Vitruvian Man, the spider back (or the main rider support area) is tilted slightly toward the center of the board, giving the rider a more natural stance.
