why not 8 ? ramjet testing confirms that the new mbpros will support 6gb of ram, non patching pairs. 4gb 1066 sodimms paired with a 2gb. no performance loss even with unmatched pairs. weird. it will set you back $600 for the 4gb ram from ramjet and another $75 for the 2gb module.
